We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the customers at Weed Man Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, Port Hope, & Cobourg who participated in our Grassroots Giving food drive this fall. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we were able to donate 386 lbs of food and household items to Kawartha Lakes Food Source! “Your support truly makes our work possible,” says Erika Henry, donor stewardship coordinator at Kawartha Lakes Food Source. “Your generous gift will allow us to continue serving individuals and families who need someone to lean on. Thank you for helping to feed our neighbours. Together, we can make sure everyone has enough to eat.” Because of you, our partners at Kawartha Lakes Food Source are providing meals for families facing food insecurity in our community.
